This time last year we were in Cuba with an incredible group that quickly became family. The magic that can be created and experienced by people through travel, connection and movement is truly incredible!

Although 2020 caused us all to change and cancel our plans, it reminded of us the valuable lesson to love one another and value each other, no matter where we come from.

Our time in Cuba showed us how much love and joy exists in this world and we aim to create those same experiences on all of our retreat experiences. We’ve got some incredible things cooking for 2021 and we can’t wait to wander and find new happy destinations with all of you ☀️

Take some time this evening to set yourself up.
•Get outside and go for a sunset walk this evening to soak up some fresh air and clear your mind.
•Write down your weekly to-do’s in order of importance.
•Set 2 small goals for your week (one personal, one professional)
•set tomorrow’s morning routine (even if just looks like “get out of bed at X time, take 3 deep breaths, and drink a glass of water before anything else) 💫
